If you're coming by MRT:
From Commonwealth MRT: Make your way to the bus stop on the same side as Commonwealth Secondary School. Take either 196, 198 or 147 and drop at SAFRA Bukit Merah. You can also take 195 and alight just before the IKEA building.

From Redhill MRT: From the bus stop opposite the station, take either 64 or 33 and alight just before the IKEA building.

From Queenstown MRT: Make your way to the bus stop on the same side as Queenstown Police Station and take 195. Alight 3 stops later just before the IKEA building.

If you're coming by car
From Commonwealth Avenue: Drive past Queenstown MRT station and make a right turn at the junction of Alexandra Road and Leng Kee Road. Drive straight down Alexandra Road to reach the store.

From AYE (towards the city): Turn out at Exit 6A (Alexandra Road). Drive along Alexandra Road, passing by Anchorpoint and make a U-turn to reach the IKEA building.

From Bukit Merah: If you are driving along Jalan Bukit Merah Road, make a right turn at the junction between Alexandra Village and SAFRA Bukit Merah. Drive along Alexandra Road and make a U-turn to reach the IKEA store.

From Queensway: Make a left turn at the junction between Anchorpoint and Queenstown Shopping Centre. Drive along Alexandra Road and make a U-turn to reach the IKEA store.

Parking: Our carpark is open from 7am - 11pm. Using an Electronic Parking System (EPS), we offer free parking for the first 10 minutes upon entry, while anything beyond 10 minutes is 2.5 cents per minute from the point of entry. Parking charges are only payable by cashcard. A $30 fee will be imposed for opening the carpark roller shutter after 11pm. Please approach our customer service officers at the Exchange & Returns counter at level one for any assistance or queries regarding the carpark.

If you're coming by MRT:
From Pasir Ris MRT: From Pasir Ris Bus Interchange, take bus service no. 58 and alight at Bus Stop B, after Tampines Expressway.

From Tampines MRT: Make your way to the bus stop stop along Tampines Ave 4 outside Tampines MRT Station and take bus service no. 27 or 168 and alight at Bus Stop A just before Tampines Expressway.

From Punggol MRT: From Punggol Bus Interchange, take bus service no. 34 and alight at Bus Stop B after Tampines Expressway.

From Buangkok and Sengkang MRT: Take bus service no. 27 and alight at Bus Stop B after Tampines Expressway.

From Tampines Expressway: If you are heading towards the direction of Changi Airport, turn right at Exit 5 into Tampines Ave 10.

Parking: Our carpark is open from 7am - 11pm. Parking is free.
